Job Description:
A Email Staff is responsible for the processes and task related to our sales efforts. This role gathers sales leads and manages marketing emails, for White Label Services. The Email Staff will be trained and will report directly to the General Manager.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Buy necessary domains and set-up emails for the sales emails Extract and filter data to be used in the sending of Sales Emails Check and filter all replies received in all the sales emails Record all positive emails and submit a report to UK counterpart Set-up the emails to be sent to prospects Troubleshoot all issues encountered by the emails Minimum Qualifications:
College Diploma in any course Hands on experience on an administrative support is an advantage Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook a must Knowledge in operating standard office equipment e.g. printers, biometrics Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills Good research skills and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy Strong administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in a human resources department a plus Detailed oriented with good analytical skills Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
