If this resonates with you, then read on!Responsibilities & Details About The RoleAs an Email Marketer with Chronos Agency, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing direct-response marketing solutions.You will be provided with training and mentorship that you will need to excel in this role. However, you will need a strong sense of perseverance to power through a steep learning curve and a dynamic start-up culture.Your ongoing responsibilities will include the following:Strategize & formulate email marketing strategies for e-commerce businessesExecute, monitor, and troubleshoot the aforementioned strategiesSales-oriented + brand-building copywritingCollaboration with our graphic designers to produce quality campaign artwork that aligns with our clients' brand styleAnalytics recording and evaluation (eg: email open rates, revenue generated per email campaign)Make decisions based on data to optimize strategies on a monthly basisManage marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, OptinMonster, OptiMonk, and others on a daily basis.Work with collaboration software & tools such as Google Drive, Active Collab, and Slack.In order to hit the ground running, you must meet the following criteria:You must have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.You must have an interest in the e-commerce industryYou love writing to sellYou love taking on challenges and learn new skills quicklyYou must be able to pick up new software quicklyYou are a proactive self-starter who constantly finds new ways to improve your performanceExcellent writing and proofing skillsStrong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and time-management skills
