Elements of the Role Ability to travel regularly to vary destinations Previous experience as a Service Engineer Technician In and outside Riyadh. Qualifications within the Electronic Technician /IT Engineer a service-minded and can do attitude large format LFD screen (LED screen), LED TV., Digital Signage TV. and Hospitality Tv. experience is highly preferred role expectations perform work in accordance with the Company’s quality system complete assigned projects on time and to the specifications or other designed requirements meet the needs of internal and external customers Maintain and foster a team environment, by helping other team members meet their objectives, and being on-time and ready to perform the roles responsibility when scheduled look for methods of continuous improvement Execute on-site service activities installation, preventive maintenance, maintenance, diagnosis and emergency repairs Maximize equipment performance in line with guidelines and Specialist direction Provide high level technical & customer support to our clients manage diverse administrative tasks such as the creation and filing of internal & external Client reports To be fully responsible for maintaining equipment and quality on all tools Communicate with our customer base to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
