Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Putatan, Muntinlupa)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leads in implementation and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective activities related to electrical , instrumentation and control system of plant, building and grounds2. Contribution in establishing Computerize Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
3. Documentation of time directed activities pertaining to electrical, instrumentation and control system (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Preventive Maintenance Activities)4. Leads in other maintenance activities
5. Technical evaluation of spare parts that being utilized in preventive and repair works of plant equipment6. Maintains LMTP1, LMPT2 and PWTP electrical and instrumentation equipment, devices and controls
7. Implements in-house rehabilitation works and monitor contracted works related to electrical, instrumentation and control system of plant, building and ground8. Oversees and monitors implementations of safety program of the unit
9. Collects and provides useful statics for the upgrade/ improvement of preventive maintenance and repair activities10. Prepares and submits necessary reports necessary reports which may be required by the Unit Head from time to time
11. Implements Integrated Management System’s programs, activities, procedures and policies12. Does other related tasks as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Graduate of mechanical or electrical technical course
Preferably a Licensed Registered Master Electrician
Preferably with at least one to two years of experience in water treatment plant operation or any related field
