Job Description:
Search, contact, visit and engage (including generating leads, cold calling, pitching, negotiating/ensuring signing of contracts, billing, collecting payments) prospective school partners Oversee the sales process at each stage from lead generation to close to after-sales servicing Reach acquisition revenue targets as assigned by the company within a specific time period Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM Directly report to the Head of Sales regarding individual performance, e.g.: target achievement, activity achievement, events, sales strategies, and/or process improvements Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any related field 3 to 5 years of related work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, and other computer software Independent and innovative self-starter Can work efficiently even under pressure and deadlines Can manage multiple projects Must be willing to get hands dirty Desired Competencies Sales experience (ideally institutional/B2B field sales) High-impact presentation skills Entrepreneurial attitude Comfortable working with either local or foreign/international partners
