We’re looking for a competent Sales Professional to join us as DISTRUBUTOR MANAGER - BICOL based.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Responsible for the assigned region and works in close collaboration with the Distributor Partner (DP) Owners, thru the DP Operations Manager (OM) and/or Sales Supervisor, to ensure alignment and achievement of regional target outlet coverage, numeric & weighted distribution by SKU,
Closely oversee call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS control and excellent merchandising (facing share, POSM placement) through the most efficient & effective utilization of manpower and budget
Analyze the various routes to the consumer in order to develop the optimum distribution infrastructure and actively meet & liaise with DP OM regarding KPI achievement per route on a daily basis.
Must be willing to work extended hours when necessary.
The role reports to the Zone Manager, Bicol.
YOU ARE:
University degree graduate in Business Administration or related field.
With 10 years or more solid managerial sales experience specializing in Distributor Management in an FMCG environment
Experience with extensive exposure in handling, promoting & selling tobacco products is an advantage
Proven effective account management and relationship development experience
With good communication, planning and Entrepreneurial skills
Passionate about achieving individual & team objectives
Range of influencing styles
Adaptable, flexible & open to change
A team player & can work independently
Proficient in oral and written English
Must have Professional Driver's License
