Accountabilities Develop Distributors to meet performance targets Work-with/Train Distributor and Agents Audit and provide recommendations to develop distributor operations Develop standard operating procedures Key Performance Indicators Number of performing distributors in assigned areas Cost to sales Submission of reports On-time payments Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in any business/marketing course Strong background in sales and distribution Excellent selling and presentation skills Good at sales coaching & business consulting Has prior experience in the construction materials industry or any distribution business for B2B Must be willing to travel frequently for work Proficiency in Bisaya dialect is a bonus Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
