What you will get to do:

Define the US marketing strategy that will support PingCAP’s goals to drive revenue and increase brand awareness in the region and regularly share results with key stakeholders
Align closely with the regional sales organization to build and accelerate pipeline, being responsible for the regional number
Partner closely with the global marketing organization to drive the campaign and content localization strategy
Manage, coach, and mentor the Field Marketing team
Drive global marketing initiatives as a member of the extended marketing leadership team
Ensure our US marketing strategy thoughtfully targets our diverse personas from developers, architects, and engineers through to the C-suite
Produce creative programs, redefine best practices, and set new standards across the US and global marketing organizations
What we are looking for:

10+ years of relevant, B2B marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in high-growth open-source technology companies
4+ years of marketing leadership experience with a successful record of hiring top talent and shown success in team building, day-to-day management, mentorship, and coaching
Consistent track record of delivering pipeline growth and return on investment on budget and time with an data analysis expertise to influence critical business decisions
Deep expertise in engaging the enterprise technology decision maker audience through programming and content
