Job Description:
Travelbook.ph team is looking for a Marketing Manager that will be responsible in managing data-driven marketing, including developing growth, strategy, marketing optimization and executing it.


Your day to day activities:


You will be responsible to develop short-term and long-term marketing strategy for fueling business growth using data-driven approach You will execute marketing strategy and optimize it for maximum Return on Investment (ROI) by allocating proper budget for each channel. Identify, prioritize, contact new accommodation properties and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in assigned market. You have to coordinate with the team on the implementation of marketing efforts for the growth of the business. Interlock and collaborate with management team, product, and UX to align and enable infrastructure/tools/support needed for marketing You will be responsible in identify key factors to retain customers, increase return rate of visitors/users, increase current customer spending/leads, and Retain customers - increase repurchase rate or repeat customers. Conduct competition monitoring, including evaluate and analyze threats from existing or new players. Provide data-driven insights and analysis that would be useful in shaping the marketing strategy and its execution. You need to understand the industry and its developments – very good knowledge of pros and cons of competitor models, market trends & landscape, accommodation rate structure and yield management, connectivity options and customer booking trends. Optimize use of process and systems – Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems You will be responsible in hiring and developing data-driven marketing team Minimum Qualifications:

You are passionate in data-driven marketing and creating growth. You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills. High level proficiency in Excel, SQL and data analytics is a plus. Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done. You have excellent communication, passion, dedication and energy. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment. Must be proficient in English language, both written and oral You have strong leadership skill to effectively direct, manage and mentor team members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have an experience in working or knowledge related to BtoC tech industry. You Have execution experience or deep knowledge of almost all online & offline channels. (online: SEO, SEM, SNS, CRM / Offline: TVCM, OOH, Event, Partnering) You are an expert in Excel in following situations (One shot Analysis, Business simulation & modelling, monitoring). You have basic HTML, CSS, Java Script and regular expression knowledge. A graduate of a 4-year course related to Business Management or Marketing, MBA / Master’s / PhD is an added plus. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience from top-tier management consulting Added Bonus if:


You are an expert in SQL and Python for data analysis including Pandas, Numpy You have knowledge about datamart such as Google big Query
