What are we looking for?
We are searching the digital media and advertising landscape for a talented and motivated Digital Advertising Operations Manager to lead and manage our AdOps and Inventory Team in the Asia Pacific region. This role reports to the COO.
What will be your responsibilities?
Lead and Manage the AdOps Team - responsible for every aspect of the campaign delivery: AdOps, Inventory Management and Production Coordination.
You will own, enhance and develop the AdOps process and manage internal stakeholders.
You will be our expert on all kid-safe and compliant digital advertising platforms including AwesomeAds, PopJam, Kidsafe Social Video and other external platforms required for campaign delivery.
You will be responsible for your team growth and development such as training, hiring and performance development.
You will maintain a zero error rate and adhere to the given SLA.
You will collaborate with the different teams globally to work on shared client accounts.
You will be and expert and advise our clients on all technical and compliance aspects while delivering the best possible performance.
You will help financial tracking against campaigns, including campaign budget development and inventory buys.
You will work closely with the US and the UK counterparts to bring in best practices and align globally
Do you have what it takes to succeed?
5+ years of experience in digital media and advertising operations.
Experience in managing teams and delivering digital ad campaigns.
Experience in leading teams in complex, multi-geography, multi-cultural environment.
Experience with advertising platforms, programmatic exchanges, DSP and SSP workflows.
An understanding and experience of managing publisher programmes within ad networks is a plus.
Excellent understanding of digital trends, business models and technologies.
