Job Description:
Daily Task Support user on Application either Local or Regional Laisse with vendor or system support for issues on application Monitoring downtime application Monitoring and close ticket assigned to apps team Assist on application implementation Weekly Task Support for CR and if any LV required Monthly Task Support for monthly server reboot Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having basic IT Infrastructures (Server, Network, Firewall, Security) knowledge. Knowledge/experience in web programming (.Net/Java/HTML5). Knowledge/experience in Android/iOS mobile application development. Knowledge/experience in web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML). Have been involved in IT Project Management. Basic Banking Knowledge Application Support Experience
