We are currently looking for a DevOps Manager for an IT Consulting Firm with an office in Makati and will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled DevOps engineers, manage various needs, and measure and continuously improve the reliability of systems through automation and process improvements, site scaling and standardization.style="padding: 0px 40px"-
-Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers
-Ensure services are designed with 24/7 availability and operational readiness and rigor
-Build and maintain a highly effective release management system
-Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, trend analysis and self-healing systems
-Measure and continuously improve the reliability of the systems
-Work with Engineering leadership to build shared services that meet the requirements and need of the platform and application teams
-Collaborate with Product and Customer Support teams to plan and deploy product releases
-Identify, evaluate and execute preventive measures to minimize/avoid impact to the customer's experience
-Resolution of customer-impacting infrastructure or operational changes
-Employ deep troubleshooting skills to improve the availability, performance, and security
-Conduct periodic reviews with key stakeholders (customer and internal)
-Represent Company in any discussions with the users related to the service
-Own and maintains the SLA. Analyses and reviews application performance against the SLA
-Initiate and drives Service Improvement Plans
-Ensure management update in the case of critical incidents and drives other related communications
-Drives or facilitates creation and implementation of IT service definition, delivery expectations and operational level agreement which are aligned with client and stakeholder
-Accountable with team’s adherence to ITIL best practices like incident management, problem management and change management execution
-Helps in ensuring project health and effective utilization of resources
Requirements

-Strong sense of ownership, customer service, and integrity demonstrated through clear communication and positive action
-5+ years of managing DevOps teams
-5+ years of Systems/Applications automation in 24x7 Production Services environments
-3+ years of operating and securing Azure
environment
-Technical skills to provide technical leadership to major projects and empower and develop their teams to do the same.
-Experience with Infrastructure as code utilizing tools like
Jenkins, and Azure API based systems
-ITIL certification and experience is a MUST
-Knowledge with Lean and Agile practices (Scrum & Kanban) is a plus
-Demonstrated strong project management skills
-Excellent troubleshooter, utilizing a systematic problem-solving approach
-Willing to work in Makati with Mon-Friday, mid-shift and semi-flexible working schedule
