Depurty Safety Manager

The Deputy Safety Manager assists the Safety Manager in the preparation and review of Health & Safety policy and risk assessment. Promote safety awareness and accident prevention at construction sites throughout all stages of construction. In charge in the preparation and maintenance of the overall risk register, site Health and Safety rules and regulations. Prepare and maintain site training matrix, conduct Safety Trainings, update Health and Safety summary reports; prepare all Health & Safety related minutes of the meeting and attend to various Health and Safety Inspections by the authorities. Prepare Safety Audit Action Plan and Correction Action Report. Conduct Safety incident and accident investigation and prepare incident and accident reports. Implement necessary corrective and preventive actions. Prepare Health & Safety presentation materials during Weekly Management Meeting. Candidate must have at least 10 years working experience as Health & Safety Head from a construction company. With appropriate safety accreditation Working experience in railway, viaduct, roads and bridge project is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
