Demand Creation Specialist- South Davao To North

To create demand through ground works for Ramgo and Vann Hawk products.- Responsible for area mapping / market potential on a periodic basis.- Identify Key Growers (KG) / farmers in area of responsibility.- Conduct and monitor pre commercial trials of Ramgo new varieties- Conduct quality commercial trial demo and monitor with Key Growers (KG). As required, supervise, monitor pre commercial trials for seeds released by R&D to Key Growers (KG).- Conduct farmer's calls and meetings.- Assessment of demo trials and report them to supervisor.- Visit dealers to monitor move out of products and gather information on potential Key Growers.- Visit Department of Agriculture municipal office to set-up demo trials and conduct seminars with the farmers in cooperation with the DA officials.- Set-up sales caravan when needed- Identify growers of the month.- Submit monthly report.- Other tasks and activities that may be assigned from time to time**KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS**- Demand Creation and Campaign plans implementation- Multi Location Trials Installation and Evaluation- Product of Technology (POT) documentationPay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
