Degree Planning Specialist - Remote / Home-Based

Achieve
is seeking a full time or part-time Degree Planning Specialist. The
Degree Planning Specialist will review research on college programs and
meet with students over the phone to help them navigate the path to
their degree. You will use sales and customer service skills to match
the student with the best path for their chosen degree.100% Work from home / Telecommute, with flexible hours

Requirements

-Must be able to write and speak fluent English
-Some College required
-Location - Home based outside USA -

-Full-time or part-time position with a set schedule. Scheduled shifts available between Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm ET or 9 am - 6 pm ET
-Take appointments with students during business hours
-Take inbound and outbound calls on a dialer system
-Upsell appropriate classes to the student based on their degree options
-Research and audit college program data
-Contact and establish relationships with colleges and universities
-Must have experience handling difficult and escalated customers and providing excellent customer service
-Effective time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines
-Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment, and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
-Ability to work in a team setting
