Data Center Operations (Open For Assoc Grad

Provide Support and Maintenance for Data Center- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure- Monitor Data Center critical infrastructure and raise incident tickets for any defects or faults which might occur- Performs preventive operations and react to ad-hoc task to maintain system stability- Produce, maintains and update technical documentations.- Working closely and coordinates with Vendor in Telco and DC- IT facilities management in Data Center - A/C, FMS, Proc access and PACU- Ensuring that day to day batch Job process and back up jobs are performed on a timely manner- Experienced in servers, FW, router/ AP and switches- Triage alerts from the network monitoring system- Monitor Data Center critical infrastructure and raise incident tickets for any defects or faults which might occurQualifications:- Minimum of 1 year experience in Data Center Ops- Good Background knowledge in Networks and Server Administration- Experienced in IT Monitoring Tools (Micro Focus SMAX, ManageEngine Self Service Plus, Microfocus Universal Discovery, Radia, ManageEngine OpManager, Telephony-CMS)- Customer-focused. Articulate and methodical. Self-motivated and professional with excellent verbal and written communication- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and having a keen ability to make quick and accurate decisions.- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.**Job Type**: TemporaryContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
