Data Analyst (Tausug Support) are responsible for reviewing photos, videos, and text-based content and make judgments as to whether reviewed content is in violation of Client’s terms of services. Tasks may include:
Understand Client Policies and Guidelines
Review user reports regarding website content
Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures
Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
Strong verbal and written skills in Tausug is a must.
Strong knowledge of cultural context in the transactions handled
Graduate with minimum 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
Detail orientation and client focused
Passionate about the internet
