Job Description:
Maintain visitor access to office premises via reception desk (e.g : logbook monitoring, issue visitor badge, etc). Answer incoming calls, determines caller purposes and forward call to appropriate person / department. Welcoming on-site visitor, determines visitor purposes and pointing visitor to appropriate person / department. Manage incoming correspondence (e.g : letters, packages, etc). Welcoming walk-in customer, give accurate, fast & clear information / solution regarding customer query. Manage support ticket related to customer support (e.g : feedback / complaint / request / etc). Prepare report related to customer support representative role as needed. Do administrative work related to customer support representative role. Perform other tasks as needed and any other relevant work as assigned by the management. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least diploma in any field. Having knowledge of service excellence. Proficient in computer literacy (e.g : Ms Office, Internet, etc). Team player with good communication in English & Bahasa. Excellent interpersonal skill and analytical thinking in order to manage customer query. Fast learner, highly self motivated, proactive and a problem solver.
