Job Description:
MicroSourcing is looking for candidates who will work as Customer Support Officer for our Australian Resgistered Training Organisation. This Organisation deliver first aid training nationally with onsite group training and public course venues in Melbourne, Sydney and other capital cities.
Responsibilities: Provides customer service to Premium Health clients Responsible for data entry of corporate bookings Responsible for data entry of AVETMISS details Responsible for issuing of certificates for public courses once invoices have been paid Responsible for auditing of AVETMISS data for yearly submission Processes the post course administration including the issuing of certificates for public enrolments Ensure all emails are responded to within specified time frames Contributes to the customer service team Complies with the Company’s OH&S policies. Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service/administration role Plans and prioritises work to ensure outcomes are achieved Adaptable and open to new ideas and accepts changed priorities without undue discomfort Uses written communication to convey information in a way to Premium Health clients Attention to detail in all aspects of the role The ability to identify processes and tasks required to achieve a goal Recognises the merits of different options and opinions Establishes and maintains relationships with people at all levels and builds trust through consistent actions, values and communication Cooperates and works well with others in pursuit of team goals Operates in a manner that is consistent with the organisation’s code of conduct. Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications: Open to Fresh Graduates, Vocational courses or Undergraduate ( with at least 2 years completed College experience. No Experiences needed Open to any courses Keenness for data Strong attention to details Comprehension and Understanding English for communications Proficient speaking in english Willing to work in MOA, Pasay City for a Dayshift account
