Answer incoming phone calls from established customers.Assist customers in a professional manner.Handle and resolve customer's concern in accordance with the company's guidelines.Ensure that customer satisfaction is attained.Basic Qualifications:At least 18 years old above

Amenable to work on shifting schedules
