Customer Success Specialist (Sales) In B2B Ecommerce

Description:
HiNeon is a fast growing LED neon sign manufacturer based out of Vancouver, Canada. We specialize in the design and manufacture of custom and pre-built modern neon signs / artwork. We mainly work with business clients from Canada and the U.S. We’re now looking for a customer success (sales) specialist joining our sales team.

?Responsibilities
Manage inbound inquiries (mostly emails, phone calls and online chats) and serve clients from inquiry to sales stage
Establish the best customer experience for our customers and increase the lead to sale conversion rate
Working with team members to deliver highly satisfying customer experience
Understand the products well and provide creative solutions for custom projects

Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Being able to work from 9:30AM-6:30 PM or 12PM-9PM Pacific Standard Time (UTC-07:00)
Exceptional English communications skills, both written and verbal, you will write a lot of emails and make certain number of phone calls on a daily basis
Decent working experience with Gmail / G suite, Streak CRM is a plus
You have 1+ year sales experiences and you are not scare to be “pushy”
You’re resilient and don’t take ‘no’ for an answer
Basic maths and physics knowledge (high school electrics), we’re selling electrical product anyway
Internet savvy, we’re an eCommerce startup
Attention to details

Good to have
Design or arts background, interior designers are our main customers
Good copywriting skills

Compensation
29000- 39000 PHP Monthly Base Salary depends on experience + Sales Performance Commission
