The Job

You will be responsible for :
Providing assistance to customers by answering their queries via email, calls, and other communication platforms to be provided to you. Training new & existing clients to ensure they are familiar with the software. Responding to communications in a timely manner, escalating to required stakeholders via phone/text/email.
The Profile
You have 3 years of experience in Customer Service/Success and have conducted training. You are experienced with the tools such as MS Office, Salesforce, Whatsapp You have a pleasing personality, outgoing and professional Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is required You pay strong attention to details and deliver work of high standards You are patient, professionals and outgoing.
