Job Title:Home Credit Group– Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Metro Manila / NCR

You know you are the perfect fit if you
Finished at least 2 years in College
At least 3 years of work experience handling customer service ( credit cards) account in a supervisor or team leader capacity
Managed at least 50 team members

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:Taking Calls and performing other basic operator and TL’s functions.
Assisting team leader in managing the team during Team Leader’s absence.
Acting as point person for the team during Team Leader’s absence.
Assisting the team Leader in mentoring and training team members.
Assisting the team lead in disseminating updates for the team.
Providing feedback to Team Leader about current challenges and Technical problems of the team.
Supporting the team during operations
Providing assistance to the Team Leader in tasks as assigned.
Attending meetings in behalf of the team Leader in his/her absence
