Customer Service Staff (Project-Based)

Job Description:
Customer service staff helps patients/clients with complaints and questions, give patients/clients information about products and services. By helping patients/clients understand the product and answering questions about their queries, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales. Minimum Qualifications:
