College Graduate
2 or more years work experience in an International BPO/ Call Centre preferably in customer service
Excellent Typing skills
Knowledge/Computer skill in Microsoft office application
Analytical, process-oriented and has a keen eye for details
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task under minimal supervision
Ability to resolve issues
Willing to be based in Metro Manila or other locations as may be required by business operations
Must be able to work on flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
To provide excellent service to Internal and External customers
Responds to queries and concerns via telephone or data entry work
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
Must have the ability to multitask and efficiently prioritize work
Responsible in meeting and or exceeding the Service level targets and KPI’
