Customer Service Representative - One Day Hiring Process

Job Responsibilities:• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies• Take the extra mile to engage customersQualifications:• At least high school graduate (old/new curriculum)• With or without BPO experience• Good to excellent communication skills• Willing to work onsite, holidays, and weekends
