Responsibilities:
Serve as a customer service representative (L1) for Globe
Respond to basic customer concerns in Social Media via chat/email

Qualification/s:
Bachelor's Degree holder, any field (Fresh Grads are accepted)
Preferably with experience in non-voice customer service
Willing to work in Munoz, Quezon City
