Support and provide superior service via phones as a receiver and caller to answer to customer Inquiries and questions regarding booking/reservations.Assisting customer in booking/reservations.Respond to customer issues and concerns via call/text, email and chat support Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations Handling Inbound and Outbound callsGood Listening and responding skillsHave excellent communication skills, confident and have a courteous mannerStrong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow throughGoal OrientedHas good attention to detail Critical thinker Atleast 18yrs.
