Qualifications & experienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related courseAt least 6 months relevant work experience Tasks & responsibilitiesAssist customer concerns and queries, and ensures resolution while maintaining professional customer approach.Setting good store ambience through appropriate store music, jingle and plugging coming from Head Office.Answer external and internal calls and facilitates relaying of communication.
