Job Description:
Improve client references through:
Writing documentation. Maintaining documentation. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Take the customer through the sales process. Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems. Process orders, forms, and applications. Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience in any industry is okay. Previous technical background is a plus. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in computer applications. Amenable to shifting schedules including night shifts.
Day shift is also available.
