Job Description:
This role will be responsible for the full-time functionality and business contact for client customer service and operational contact. The role will also be expected to manage and handle customer enquires related to bill management, disputes, payments, credit and general information. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Customer Service

Inbound and outbound calls with both client and client customer base Product knowledge and commercial understanding Dispute resolution and investigation skills Billing, transfers and payments enquiries Compliance with the privacy act and regulatory codes and guidelines Credit management and collection 2. Administrative duties

Email inbox management Customer account activation Processing of customer payments Adhoc administrative tasks 3. Operational duties

Task and exception management Issue identification Reporting Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any Associate or Bachelor's degree With experience as customer service representative for solid 1 year -- required Willing to work in Mall of Asia site for predominantly day-mid shift
