• Address concerns according to their complaints
• Monitor Luzon, Vizayas and Mindanao
• Monitor Cebu Warehouse
• Monitor Payment of Franchisee
• Conducts and assist training (refresher’s course)
• Monitors purchase of every outlets
• Deals with different concerns with our franchisees
• Facilitates and ensures the smooth transactions of our franchisees
• Gives important advisories thru SMS and Email regarding deliveries, holidays and special matters in which our franchisees should know.
• Reviews paragraphs/letter for possible grammar correction.
• Processing of Order Forms that our franchisees submits for the replenishment of their stocks.
• Creates comparative report every month (e.g. April 2015 vs. April 2016)
• Creates weekly reports regarding different concerns involved for that a
• Coordinating with franchisees to comply if there are un submitted Monthly Sales Reports (MSR), unsettled Royalty Fees (RF) and open invoices from previous transactions.
• In charge with filtering of web browsers from entering sites that are not inclined for official use.
• Reformatting and installation of needed programs that will enhance efficiency in the workplace.
• Researching for different software that can useful in the day to day operations of this Office.
• In charge with purchasing needed computer peripherals and parts for the computer units.
• Monitors and observes the flow of orders of our franchisees
• Deals with different problems that might have an effect to our day to day operations
• Ensures the smooth flow of our system and troubleshoots if there are any errors of if it needs repairs
• Retrieving submission of orders for pick up and reminders
• Follow up requirements that needed to be settled by our franchisee
• Monitoring of goods delivery and ensuring the payments of our franchisee
• Providing fast and efficient action / details based on what our franchisee concerns with us at the same time protecting the company discrete files
