Customer Service Represemtative - Morning Shift

Job Summary Our client in Australian is a fast-paced tech company specializing in photo editing for the real estate industry.

We are looking for self-motivated, focused and tech savvy individuals to respond to new customer queries/product-related questions via phone, email and live chat.

You must have prior experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate:

excellent customer service skills, including complaints handling
excellent interpersonal skills
high level of phone communication and instruction delivery
the ability to problem-solve and identify issues quickly
the ability to make recommendations to improve the overall quality of the customer experience
with chat or email background
