Job Description:

Balikbayad is seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize customer interaction and satisfaction.2. Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.5. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to improve overall customer experience.6. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills and performance.7. Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.9. Participate in meetings and provide feedback on customer service initiatives.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management.3.
