Duties:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesQualifications:• Applicant is a HS graduate (old curriculum)/SHS graduate (new curriculum)• Must have good English communication skills• Willing to work on shifting schedule and extended working hours• Willing to work onsite if needed• Can start immediately
