Job Description Maintain paper and electronic files updated. Organize filing system of documents. Schedule travel, appointments and meetings. Coordinate space and office organization. Greet visitors and callers, route and resolve information requests. Type correspondence, compile data for expense and statistical reports. Answer phone and e-mail inquiries Also provide great customer service Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualification Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree any courses related to Business Administration or equivalent. 1 year of working experience required Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Someone who knows how to research Possess great customer service Goal-oriented Great written and spoken English. This position will be done fully in English. We Also Require Has 2+ Years of Experience in the Customer Service, Finance or Admin. Excellent Command of the English Language Good in coordination and organization skills Tech and Internet Savvy (Google Docs, Office, and a bunch of other tools we use) Willing to be based in Makati Office Willing to work 5 days a week in the office
