Customer Financing Associate - Bank (Cebu)

Supervising the assigned team and ensuring that the BAUs and processes are running on a daily basis
Creating and presenting necessary reports for Management purposes
Analyzing report data and proposing solutions to better improve performance
Answering queries on emails
Delagation of daily and unexpected workload
Resolving assigned complaints within the given time period
Training people regarding the current processes and policies
Proven analytical skills, especially when faced with data, process and information
Ability to work well with time pressure and set deadlines.
Project management skills to manage schedules and deadlines in implementation stages of projects
Can clearly communicate and articulate ideas whether it is written or verbal
Adept in continually learning the latest platforms, operations processes, and technology
High decision-making, critical and strategic thinking
Ability to think outside the box, to infuse fresh insights and approaches to various operational and service-related processes
Basic technical understanding of backroom operational processes
Highly organized and process oriented
Ability to lead a daily team or work group and developing talent for succession
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with experience regarding backroom Operations (i.e., BANKs)
Expertise in all major business software applications (Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP, etc.)
Willing to work in Cebu City
