The Customer Experience Assistant’s role is to deliver an exceptional, positive, and rewarding customer service experience to all customers.


Improving our NPS SCORE Reduction in public social media complaints being published on Product Review and Facebook Performance output of 120 tickets replied to per day Customer satisfaction survey results improved Quality answers in Happy Fox Customer ticket response rates reduced from 24hrs to 12hrs Providing professional and timely customer service via our Customer Experience IT platform Proactively responding and managing all live customer inquiries via our Customer Experience IT platform Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's products and policies to customers Maintain customer relationships to ensure brand trust and gold standard experience Managing all replacements and exchanges in our inventory management system Managing all refunds, exchanges on our e-commerce platform, and organizing refunds via relevant payment gateway Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience within customer service call center roles or administrative role Strong verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic approach to tasks Ability to multitask and a high level of organization Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Admirable personal presentation skills To match with our corporate culture you will be: Be achievement-oriented and results-driven Enjoy working as part of a team Be respectful of others and open-minded Be innovative, resourceful and adaptable
