Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities
Issues Letter of Authorization (LOA) for members availing out-patient services including consultations and laboratory procedure within the assigned Quick Assist Satellite

Endorses / sets appointment with our affiliated Doctors and/ or cost centers for our members

Addresses members’ concerns regarding their PhilCare coverage benefits

Responds to inquiries regarding PhilCare products and services

Assists VIP as endorse by Head office

Provides outmost customer service to all members

Formulates recommendations that will have impact business objectives and move the actual customer experience toward the ideal.

Monthly submission of performance/ availment in Quick Assist Satellite Offices

Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

QualificationsMust be university degree graduate of any Medical Allied course

Have knowledge in medical terns

Knowledge in of MS Applications

Good analytical and organization skills
