Details of the offer

* Answer calls and respond to emails
* Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
* Provide customers with product and service information
* Route calls to appropriate resource
* Follow up customer calls where necessary
Basic Qualifications:
-At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate
-Preferably with call center experience but not required
-Excellent English Communications skills
-Willing to start Asap
Work at Home Tools Requirements needed:
