Job Description:
Developing and manage the company's internal communication strategy to ensure that every employee has a good understanding about company's Vision, Mision, Values, Goals, etc, Developing and maintaining company's Newslatter, Developing and manage the strategy of culture management programs, Evaluate effectiveness and employee experience to creating or improving the future programs. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology, Communication, or equivalent; Min. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, people engagement & culture programs; Have an experience in developing & maintaining Culture Management Programs; Creative idea & thinking; Good Communication and planning skills; Strong event planning & organizing skills; Comfortable working with all levels of the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willing to travel across Indonesia
