Discover and advance priority challenges per Client requirements;
Route troubles to best suited useful resource;
Deliver alternative methods where applicable with the purpose of preserving customers’ and clients’ business.
Who’s suitable for the job?
No Call Center experience required for candidates who reached at least 2nd year in College or possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Good communication skills
Computer and Web Literate
Problem-solving and Analytical Skills.
