Crm Functional Consultant

Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product skills
2. Develop and update high-level roadmap of business initiatives and goals
3. Configure and customize CRM solutions
4. Performs configuration, testing, data manipulation, and documentation
5. Design data migration
6. Create design specification documents and end-user documentation
7. Facilitate client-side trainings/workshops
8. Provide quality service to clients
9. Balance customer requests and requirements with technical constraints

Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain.
2. Must have 4 years’ experience in Customer Engagement/Customer Relationship Management
3. Has experience in end-to-end customer engagement
4. Has experience in design and integration with bespoke and productive solutions
5. Has the eagerness to learn new technologies
6. Comfortable interacting with people of different backgrounds and levels
7. Can confidently communicate and present across all levels of an organization
8. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an ability to resolve application issues
9. Has a basic understanding of the client/server technical environment, associated
concepts, and MS-SQL databases
10. With experience in either of the following: Salesforce, Sugar CRM, or Microsoft
Dynamics 365 CRM
