Company Descriptionnull Job Description Testing of our new CRM system based on C4C platform (including Regression Tests and Go Live testing
Manage data imports to system, checking quality and mapping of fields for local imports
Update catalogue fields and other information in system
Document interfaces and processes in Confluence pages
Monitoring middleware incl. ERP + C4C interface knowledge, esp. missing dealers
Support other activities related to CRM projects
Support of product owner to specify requirements
Relevant university degree (Business Admin, Computer Science, Business Informatics) with focus on IT
Technical understanding of IT systems
English on a level B2
Experience in manual testing
Experience with CRM preferable
Knowledge of JIRA or any other tracking tool
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, comparing options)
Expertise in ERP, eCommerce, User management as test will also include interface to those systems, would be considered as an advantage
Willingness to work in a global & virtual team
Good communication skills, ability to think analytically
English (fluent in spoken and written)
Willingness to work in international projects travel activity (about 25 %)
