**_Come build your career with us and JOIN OUR TEAM!_****Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree graduate in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases- Comfortable working with targets- Has good Problem-solving skills- Patience and ability to manage stress- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)- Willing to work ASAP and in Mandaue City (beside Pacific Mall)**Responsibilities**:- Prepare Statement of Account to be given to customers on monthly basis. Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.- Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.- Communicate & follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.- Escalate issues/delinquent accounts to the regional manager for immediate resolution.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Life insurance- On-site parking- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)
