Credit Analyst

Job Description Responsible for the collection and monitoring of customer accounts, taking proactive steps to collect receivables within terms and to prevent invoices from becoming delinquent.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and collect outstanding debts and ensure payments are made per the agreed upon terms.
Work cross functionally to ensure effective communication, prioritization, execution and adherence to established Company policies and procedures as they relate to Credit and Collections
Identify and resolve all customer disputes and deductions in a timely manner
Daily approval of hub transactions and sending of all invoices to Customers as directed.
Prepare various reports and schedules as necessary for monthly financial statements.
Adhere to our Trade Compliance policy
Willingness to work under pressure and to have a strong commitment to deadlines and requirements
Assist with other tasks and duties as required.
Requirements
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of risk management and banking operations.
Knowledge in Oracle, SAP, Blackline and salesforce experience would be an advantage.
A self-starter with strong personal integrity
Detail oriented
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work well in collaboration with others
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing work priorities and assignments
