Experienced Analyst Programmer to help out with the BAUs of a production support team, with includes Incidents and Maintenance requests

Job description:

- Ensures All Incident tickets are handled within the defined SLA per priority type.
- Ensures All Maintenance Requests are delivered upon the agreed upon MTP date
- Ensures proper Problem Management are conducted and fixed are planned for the recurring issues.

Preferred skills:

- Experienced in Oracle and PL/SQL
- With Knowledge of Java is a good to have
- Incident Management and Problem management Experience is a must.
