We seek a highly skilled Contact Center Sales Manager, who can motivate sales and service representatives to achieve specific daily goals and champion the department to deliver defined corporate objectives. This leadership position will be responsible for daily operations and the development of opportunities to improve conversion, efficiencies, customer service levels, deliver specific sales objectives, and support the call center in all facets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the day-to-day operations of Telesales agents Drive sales through leadership, coaching, and development of the Telesales agents• Assist in the implementation and execution of new processes Develop & execute dialer call strategy to optimize and maximize contacts to drive sales Prepare, evaluate, and manage the day to day operations using data, reports, and programs to maximize performance results Select, develop, and motivate Telesales agents Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting• Handle escalations with a sense of urgency. Provides sales and leadership to the Enrollment Advisors Team. Trains, motivates and develops staff in order to meet the current and future sales goals. Work with the VP of Consumer Sales to set sales goals and increase revenue an collaborates with marketing and general manager to develop sales quotas and strategies. Responsible for achieving lead-to- conversion rate goals; including but not limited to enrolment volume goals for all programs. Creates reports in order to ensure the team is on track to meeting set goals, efficient operations, workload balance, and to identify opportunities for improvement. Audit daily activity to ensure that processes are followed efficiently within the CRM. Conducts annual performance evaluations and reviews all disciplinary actions with Human Resources, including terminations. Manages Enrollment Advisors who work in multiple time zones Manage staffing and activities to ensure daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals are met. Analyze database to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential opportunities. Perform other duties as directed.
Minimum Requirements:
5 years Call Center Sales Management experience required. Sales Manager must know how to manage activity and conversion KPIs effectively. Ability to build a good, positive rapport with customer service team. Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and part of a team. Good persuasive/negotiating skills. Occasional travel required. Professional business appearance required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor’s degree or a Master degree highly desired. Bilingual Spanish fluency is a plus. Proficient with the Internet and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience in a call center sales environment. Experience working with CRM (Salesforce). Knowledge & experience with utilizing computer based telephony system. Experience gathering and analyzing data to develop and present reports. Self-motivated, strong desire to establish rapport and relationship with prospective learners. Ability to work in a goal driven and measured performance environment. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confident phone presence. Ability to multitask, navigate multiple electronic systems and learn new processes and products. Critical thinking, problem solving and good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality. Outstanding attention to detail and follow through.
