_1. _Provides nursing service and first aid to employees who become ill or injured on the premises of industrial plant._- 2. _Take patients vital signs, treat wounds, evaluate physical condition of patient, contact physician and hospital to arrange for further medical treatment, when needed._- 3. _Maintain record of person treated, and prepare accident reports and insurance form_- 4. _In charge of the annual scheduling of medical examinations of regular employees and assist physician in physical examination of new employees._- 5. _Develops, implement and monitor employee programs not limited to health education, accident prevention, alcohol abuse counseling, curtailment of smoking, weight control regimens and epidemic/pandemic prevention program_- 6. _Accomplished health related reports and submit to concern recipients base on set frequency or as necessary_- 7. _Accomplish the Annual Reportorial as requirements of government agencies regarding Health & Safety of employees. _- 8. _Provide medical referral for pre-employment and for consultation to prescribed hospital/clinic._- 9. _See to it that all newly hired employees passed the medical examinations before they are accepted for work. Filing of medical records of all employees.
