**Position Overview****Branch Driver **should be reliable who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. He is in-charge of the service maintenance of the company's delivery panel/vehicles and always keeps it in top condition.**Duties and Responsibilities**1. In-charge of delivery vehicle and responsible for the renewal of LTO registration.2. Check the vehicle every morning before engine start such as: Radiator tank water level; Break fluid; Engine oil; Battery solution and Lights (break light, headlight, tail light, signal light and others).3. Submit the vehicle for a periodic checkup for bolt tightening, washing, greasing and change oil.4. Maintain a photocopy of the latest vehicle OR & CR and kept it in the vehicle compartment that is visible and ready for inspection every time you travel.5. Strictly observe traffic rules and regulations to avoid apprehension.6. Observe company's rules regarding prohibition of taking intoxicating drinks of liquor while on duty to avoid accident.7. Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the Store Manager/Store Supervisor to have the vehicle repair as early as possible.8. Loading, transporting and delivering items to customers in a safe timely manner.9. To coordinate with the Sales Team in order to ensure that the items are **c**omplete, packed correctly and safety delivered to the correct customer.10. Review the unit versus DR/SI to ensure correctness of unit to be delivered. Assist Van Helper in loading and unloading of units from vehicle to ensure safety.11. Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules. No side trip or diverting routes for other purposes other than the intended trip or delivery.12. Vehicles are strictly not for hire.**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities**1. Strictly do not allowed any hitch hikers to be on board while on travel.2. To follow company's communication procedures, guidelines and policies3. To perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.4.
